While chiropody is an extremely important service for older people, medical card holders can have a lengthy wait for an appointment. Aware of this need, Third Age provides a professional chiropodist once a month at the centre at reduced cost. The chiropodist sees up to 15 clients each session. Members can book in advance, and free transport on the Third Age Bus is available if necessary.
