Join us in Summerhill for an eight-week mindfulness course that aims to de-stress, relax and invigorate.

Time: 10.15am - 12.15pm

Cost: Free of charge


This 8 week course aims to:

  • improve your physical and mental well being

  • equip you with he skills to handle stressful situations

  • improve personal relationships at home and at work

  • live a life more at ease

Participants will learn several meditation practices and do some light yoga movements. This course is based in the internationally recognised Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course designed by Jon Kabuat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School (UMMS).

  • Week one: Wednesday 23th September

  • Week two: Wednesday 30th September

  • Week three: Wednesday 7th October

  • Week four: Wednesday 21st October

  • Week five: Wednesday 28th October

  • Week six: Wednesday 4th November

  • Week seven: Wednesday 11th November

  • Week eight: Wednesday 18th November
